Training   Programme   for   Top  Management  on  Quality   Management System i.e.  ISO 9000

Before   implementation of Quality Management System, top management should be made aware about its concepts, their commitments, resources required, various quality system requirements, benefits and steps involved in documentation, implementation & certification etc.  This programme has been designed for Top/Sr. Managers of the organization

Training  Programme on Internal Audit

It is a mandatory requirement that once quality system has been implemented in the organisation, its implementation & effectiveness have to be audited by its own staff.   This programme deals in detail regarding various tools & techniques of auditing, steps involved, types of audits, auditee’s   and auditor’s skills.

  Management Development Programme

NITRA organizes Management Development Programmes for shoop floor/frontline managers, middle level managers and top level managers for overall developments.  Vital topics like Enhancing executives' skills, Problem solving and decision making, Communication skills and barriers, leadership, Quality management system, Effective team building, Motivation, Cost of quality, Time management & discipline, Maintenance management, Success through KAIZEN, IT application, Attitude building, TQM & Business process  re-engineering, Statistical techniques for continuous improvement, Internal auditing - tools & techniques etc.

Training   Programme   on    Statistical  Techniques   for    continuous Improvement in Textile Industry

With the fierce competition in today’s manufacturing, the only way to have competitive edge over the competitors is to produce quality  products  with   “reduced variability around the target specifications” as an operating philosophy for never ending quality improvement.Statistical Techniques are major tools for brining  Continuous  improvement.

        I.T.  Application in Textile Industry

The application of Information Technology in Indian textile mills started over a decade ago. It started as modular applications being used in specific areas of service functions like Purchase, Store, Accounting, Payroll, etc. In the fast moving world, if an organization is to run successfully, the decisions taken in the organization should be quick and timely. This Training Package is basically conducted in the following phases  :

·         Introduction to computer and its Input/Output devices.

·         Operating System

·         MS Windows 98,MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)

·         Internet Fundamentals – MS Outlook configuration for E-mails.

Traning programme on "Effluent Treatment Plant Operation Maintenance & Trouble Shooting".

Effluent treatment plants have become an integral part of all wet/ chemical processing industries to control the increasing environmental degradation. Efficient plant operation/treatment process control is essential to meet the treated effluent discharge norms prescribed by the concerned Pollution Control Board so as to avoid facing litigation and penalties etc. Apart from the legal compliance, it is the moral duty of industry management to ensure trouble free operation of E.T.P. for protecting the environment.

Recently, a number of E.T.P.’s have been installed in Delhi and surrounding areas. An efficient E.T.P. can produce consistent and desired results at reasonable recurring expenditure only when the plant is operated by trained person under the supervision of experienced staff. Due to lack of maintenance, operational problems crop-up. Therefore, training on plant operation, maintenance and trouble shooting is essential.
